I love God and I love people. I help you find hope for your journey! With over three decades of dedication, training, and experience, I am passionate about offering each person I serve genuine hope and support wherever they may be in the world. Through personal and professional growth, I've refined and continue to refine my skills as a "forever student" so that I may adapt my way of serving each client according to their unique needs and purpose with laser-sharp agility. I serve to help others better and more. Having navigated cross-cultural experiences and many personal challenges, including chronic pain, previous challenges with depression and anxiety, I empathize with those feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in life. In our journey together, among other things, I guide you in the identification of your identity and, knowing and living more fully in your life's meaning, direction, purpose, and knowing your apex predator (the thing that most often causes you to feel "stuck") and how to live in a new path of restorative proactivity instead of paralyzing and resource-draining reactivity. Guiding you from feeling frozen, burned out, overwhelmed, and stuck toward hope, clarity, vision, passion, purpose, and freedom. Providing strategic insights to transform your life, relationships, business, ministry, and legacy. My goal is to listen and walk with you toward embracing a future that can be filled with a clearer direction, more profound hope, hopeful healing, and exponential significant impact, so that you are stronger, healthier, and more resilient when faced with life's challenges ahead.

I'm passionate about listening and collaboratively guiding people toward practical and effective change and helping them address life's most pressing questions. I'll assist you in discovering your Primal Question, unlocking invaluable clarity and valuable insights, finding the thing underneath the thing that drives everything, and living in alignment with your Primal Truth and Primal Gifting. With 26 years of marriage and four daughters, including three adopted from foster care, I grasp the complexities of parenting, especially with special needs children. My experiences personally and professionally are very diverse and extend to marriage enrichment, business and leadership development and empowerment, cross-cultural adaptation, extensive teaching and guest speaking, consulting and non-clinical counseling, and assisting caregivers of aging relatives and children with diverse needs, to name a few. I understand firsthand what it means to feel stuck, burned out, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to do. I also know the joy of breakthrough, finding clarity, hope, joy (even with a lot of whimsy added in), and renewed passion toward fulfilling my purpose by facing, working through, and overcoming challenges, roadblocks, and setbacks to become stronger and more resilient as new challenges come along. My background encompasses education, guest speaking, coaching, mentoring, and navigating the complexities of international small—to medium-sized businesses.
