Hello, I'm Andy Martin. With over three decades of dedication and experience, my passion is to offer genuine hope and support to people worldwide. Through personal and professional growth, I've refined and continue to refine my skills, as a "forever student" that I may serve to help others better and more. Having navigated cross-cultural experiences and personal challenges, including mental health issues and chronic pain, I empathize with those feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in life. In our journey together among other things, I guide you in your identification of your identity and knowing and living more fully in your life's meaning, direction, purpose, and knowing your apex predator (the thing that most often causes you to feel "stuck") and how to live in a new path of restorative proactivity instead of paralyzing and resource draining reactivity.
With 25 years of marriage and four daughters, including three adopted from foster care, I grasp the complexities of parenting, especially with special needs children. My experience extends to marriage enrichment, business, and leadership development and empowerment, cross-cultural adaptation, extensive teaching, and guest speaking, consulting, and non-clinical counseling, and assisting caregivers of aging relatives and children with diverse needs.
My background encompasses education, guest speaking, coaching, mentoring, and navigating international small to medium size business complexities.
