We have structured feedback points (mid-course, post-course) and anonymous signal channels for discomfort, confusion, or boundary concerns. We act on serious feedback quickly.

When we overreach, we pause, name it clearly, and redirect. When therapy or higher-level clinical care is needed, we help you identify appropriate next steps. Your safety and dignity always outrun any program or engagement.

When the system fails, we log it, update the runbook, and note the change in our forensic timeline. We can show boards and partners what happened and what we did next.
