🛡️ SAFETY FIRST:
If you're experiencing thoughts of self‑harm or harming others, please contact
988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or local emergency services immediately.
Your safety matters more than any framework. This work is designed to support your journey,
not replace professional crisis care.
Your restoration is governed by your pace. At any point in this protocol or session, stopping now is okay. You have the authority to pause, breathe, or end the engagement without explanation. Safety is our primary metric.
This protocol is engineered to align with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies. This work is forensic guidance and restorative engineering; it is not a substitute for clinical therapy or medical treatment. You are the sovereign governor of your own health and decisions.
Governed Flagships of the Estate of Hope™
Estate of Hope™ is a governed, trauma‑aware, faith‑anchored structural advisory ecosystem. Our Covenant of
Practice and governance spine apply not only to the platform but to every container we offer.
This page highlights our governed containers—90‑Day Rebuild™, Sanctuary, and Hearth—and shows how governance,
safety, and truth‑telling are applied in practice.
90‑Day Rebuild™, Sanctuary, Hearth, and Partnership are governed
by the same core commitments:
Structural Advisory, not therapy – We do not diagnose, treat, or promise clinical outcomes.
We sit alongside licensed care where needed.
Governed presence and scope – Each container has a clear promise, boundary, and
step‑down/step‑over rules when needs exceed structural advisory.
Trauma‑aware, faith‑anchored design – Sessions and materials are structured for safety,
pacing, and honest faith integration, not spiritual bypassing.
Data and story stewardship – Your story is not used for marketing. Data is handled with
defined retention, de‑identification, and deletion options.
Forensic transparency – We log incidents, changes, and governance decisions so we can
explain what happened, why, and what we changed.
90‑Day Rebuild™ – Governed Timed Sprint
90‑Day Rebuild™ is a structured, time‑bound structural advisory journey for leaders whose inner or outer world
has been significantly disrupted—loss, transition, betrayal, collapse, or a quiet ending that can no longer be
denied.
It is designed as a governed sprint: clear arc, clear scope, and clear hand‑offs at the end of the 90 days.
Key governance features
Clear promise and limits – The program focuses on meaning‑making, decision‑making, and
practical next steps after impact or collapse. It does not promise "full healing" or clinical recovery.
Structured safety – Each session follows an opening/working/closing pattern with no
surprise "hot‑seat" work. Participation in deeper processing is always opt‑in.
Step‑down / step‑over triggers – We pause or redirect if crisis language, clinical
symptoms, or capacity issues emerge; when appropriate we recommend therapy, medical care, or a slower
container such as Sanctuary.
Documented governance – 90‑Day Rebuild™ has a dedicated program checklist, runbook, and
participant Under the Hood document maintained in our governance vault.
Sanctuary is an ongoing, governed space for leaders who need a steady, trauma‑aware, faith‑anchored companion
as they continue to live and lead in hard realities.
It is designed for long‑horizon work: slower pacing, repeated contact, and careful attention to scope over
time.
Key governance features
Defined role and scope – Sanctuary offers ongoing structural advisory and companioning, not
therapy or crisis response. We name that clearly in onboarding and revisit it as needed.
Boundaries and options – Participants can pause or stop, step down to lighter contact, or
step up into 90‑Day Rebuild™ or another timed container when appropriate.
Faith integration with consent – Prayer and Scripture are used to uphold dignity and
agency; opting out or adjusting is always honored.
Ongoing safety review – Sanctuary has its own program checklist, runbook, and feedback
loops; serious concerns or patterns result in updates to structure and guardrails, not just apologies.
Hearth is a governed space for caregivers and parents whose reserves keep quietly running out—those holding the
center of a home that keeps asking for more. It provisions structural support for the private world no one sees.
It is designed for caregivers navigating FASD, ASD, ADHD, ODD, or chronic invisible labor: slower pacing, kind
boundaries, and careful attention to scope over time.
Key governance features
Defined role and scope – Hearth offers structural advisory and structural guidance, not
therapy or crisis response. We do not diagnose or treat mental illness or family members' conditions. We name
that clearly in onboarding.
Boundaries and options – Participants can pause or stop, step down to lighter contact, or
step into Sanctuary or 90‑Day Rebuild™ when appropriate.
Trauma‑aware design – Sessions and materials are structured for safety, pacing, and honest
faith integration. No hot-seat dynamics. No surprise deep work.
Documented governance – Hearth has a dedicated program checklist, runbook, and participant
Under the Hood document maintained in our governance vault.
Partnership is a governed space for couples standing at the edge of "we can't keep doing this"—a place to name
harm, distance, and desire without shame, rush, or a pre-set outcome.
It is designed for couples with shared history and intertwined responsibilities who seek clarity and repair in
a covenant they still hope might be restored. Not appropriate for active physical violence, coercive control, or
acute safety risk.
Key governance features
Defined role and scope – Partnership offers structural advisory and structural guidance,
not couples therapy, legal advice, or crisis intervention. We name that clearly in onboarding.
Both individuals respected – Each person is an image-bearer; the marriage is held as a
covenant. No pressure toward a pre-set outcome.
Step‑over triggers – When work edges into therapy, safety planning, or legal territory, we
pause, name clearly, and help find the right next step.
Documented governance – Partnership has a dedicated program checklist, runbook, and
participant Under the Hood document maintained in our governance vault.
If you are considering entrusting your leaders or community to Estate of Hope™, we welcome your questions.
Governance, safety, and truth‑telling are not add‑ons to our work; they are part of the work itself.
