Scope — What This Is and Is Not

Scope Boundaries

Organizations need to understand exactly where this practice operates and where it refers out. These are not marketing distinctions — they are governance boundaries.

This work IS Structural advisory practice. Helping leaders identify and dismantle the hidden internal rules and load structures that create collapse, burnout, and leadership failure at the root level — not the symptom level.
This work is NOT Clinical therapy, licensed counseling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. The Estate of Hope™ does not diagnose, prescribe, or substitute for licensed mental health services.
Referral protocol When a leader's terrain indicates clinical need, the practitioner signals that boundary clearly to the leader and, where appropriate, to the organization, and supports a warm handoff to appropriate clinical resources.
Crisis protocol If a leader discloses acute crisis (self-harm ideation, harm to others), established crisis referral protocols apply immediately. 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) and local emergency services are referenced in all estate materials. Stopping and referring is always the first move.
Data Governance & Confidentiality

Sovereign Data Protocol

Confidentiality All individual session content is strictly confidential. The organization receives no session-level data about the leader without explicit written consent.
AI data governance The estate uses AI as a between-session support tool (Traveler Companion™). All AI interactions are governed by the Sovereign Context Protocol™: no data trains any AI model, no conversation data is sold or extracted. Andy Martin remains the human guide and final safeguard for all AI-assisted interactions.

Entry point 48-Hour Life Scan™ — A focused 48-hour diagnostic engagement. Maps the primary fracture point, the load the leader is carrying, and produces a clear written map. Standard entry for all new engagements.
Primary engagement 90-Day Rebuild™ — Structured root-level structural repair. Calendar, relational priorities, internal governance, vocational structure. 1-on-1, remote, paced by the leader.
Ongoing Accompaniment™ — Sustained ongoing presence after the rebuild phase. Not maintenance check-ins. Continued terrain reading as the leader's situation evolves.
Group format Cohort engagement — Curated small groups of 4–8 leaders in similar terrain. Structured 6-week intensive. Access restricted; not open enrollment.
