1. What We Collect

We collect information you provide through forms (inquiry, Life Scan, Emergency Re-entry, waitlist, licensing interest), session notes, email correspondence, and any data you share in the course of restoration work. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Our infrastructure is sovereign (hosting, database, email relay) and does not share your data with external marketing or analytics services.

2. The Confessional Standard (Zero‑Retention)

We aim to meet or exceed global privacy standards (such as GDPR and CCPA) by adhering to a "Confessional Standard." We do not monetize, sell, or permanently warehouse your sensitive Shadow Ordinance™s™ or related disclosures. Data entered into structural assessments is used for support and stewardship, not exploitation.

Retention: Inquiry data is retained for up to seven years for follow-up and legal compliance. Active traveler data (session notes, diagnostic responses) is retained for the duration of engagement plus seven years after last activity, unless you request deletion earlier. You may request access, correction, or deletion at any time (see §7).

3. The "Not Therapy" Clause (Ohio Compliant)

Strict disclaimer: Jack Andrew Martin (operating as and known as "Andy" Martin) is The Way Back Guide™—serving world‑weary leaders in restoration and structural relief—and is not a licensed psychotherapist, psychologist, or medical professional. Services are for educational purposes, leadership development, and personal restoration. We do not diagnose or treat mental‑health disorders or medical conditions (Ohio Revised Code § 4757).

4. AI Transparency Protocol™

This platform utilizes AI for organizational logic and routing. All wisdom, theology, and governance frameworks are human‑authored. AI is the librarian; Andy Martin is the architect.

We do not use your data to train AI models. Your personal information, diagnostic responses, session notes, and any data you share with us will never be used for machine learning or AI training. This is a Category of One commitment.

5. Intellectual Property & Citations

All unique methodology and "Governance Summary" assets are protected under the Sovereign Operating System™ proprietary license. The Seven Primal Questions framework was created by Mike Foster (used under license: Certified Restorer - Legacy & Pro). Dream BIG frameworks are referenced via Bob Goff's Dream BIG Restorer Certification.

6. ICF Alignment

We align with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies and ethical standards while operating independently to maintain theological and structural sovereignty. This work is restoration and governance‑oriented, not clinical treatment.

7. Global Sovereignty

Your data sovereignty is respected as an extension of your personal governance. You retain the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information where applicable law provides those rights (including GDPR and CCPA-style expectations for EU/UK and California visitors).
